  • Live Help Rollout

    After much testing with our subsidiary site, GeekStore, I'm pleased to announce that we will be rolling out Live Help to the following sites: Vetta Technologies (vetta.co.nz) GeekStore (geekstore.co.nz) ezihosting (ezihosting.co.nz) The new live help system will be in the means of a chatroom between customers and staff where customers can ask questions and gain support from Vetta Technologies staff in real-time, over the internet.   • Service Disruption: nz1, nz2, nz3 – Switch Outage

    This morning at approximately 10:00am we experienced a short, 10 minute outage caused by parity errors on the core Juniper switches. Unfortunately, this also meant that approximately 30 minutes later, we had to reboot the switches to ensure a smooth connection was restored. Connection services were restored successfully. Period of outage: 09:45am - 10:30am Total time of outage: 14 minutes Outage reason: Core switch problem Affected services: Vetta website, GeekStore website, CableStation website, some ezihosting clients, some vserve clients
